Spoke with a manager, who stated:Ģ) There is no dedicated GF kitchen, including lack of toaster or fryer.ģ) All food is made on shared equipment, and any tools cleaned cannot be guaranteed safe against cross contamination (and she said no extra measure is taken to prevent it). I was going to eat here but called ahead to check on safety measures. My new favorite breakfast place, will be coming back a lot. Everything was delicious, the 3 non-celiacs i was with all loved their food and I didn’t feel sick at all afterwords. I ordered the hashbrowns with poblanos, spinach and avocado and a side of fruit with a pineapple mimosa. Totally tasted like dessert but everyone i was with loved it. It had a mind blowing homemade peppermint marshmallow on top, she asked for it without gingerbread since she knew i couldnt have gluten and it came with a delicious chocolate sauce.

It had a gluten free labeled pick in it which is always reassuring so they don’t get mixed up with the regular ones. Our waitress asked if anyone had any allergies before we even ordered and I told her I was celiac, to which she said “absolutely no problem” and then proceeded to bring us out the most amazing celiac safe pancake i have ever had (for free mind you) while we waited for our food. The wait can be long, but it’s totally worth it.
